What's the final price?
The base build is $2,000 for five to seven pages. Each additional page is $150. Add-ons are listed above. Anything outside that scope gets quoted in writing before it's built. No surprise invoices.
Who owns the site when it's done?
You do. Code, content, domain, hosting account, all of it. We hand over keys at launch and document everything your team or your next developer needs to keep running.
Where is the site hosted?
Vercel. Hosting is included if you take the care plan, otherwise we set it up under your own Vercel account at the start of the project. SSL, CDN, and global edge delivery come standard either way.
What if I need more pages later?
$150 per additional page, scoped and quoted before we start. New integrations, redesigns, and migrations are quoted on scope. Most clients add one or two pages in the first six months.
What if something breaks after launch?
If you're on the care plan, we monitor it and fix it. If you're not, we'll quote a fix and turn it around fast. Either way, we don't ghost the work after launch.
Why Next.js instead of WordPress?
Speed, security, and lower long-term cost. Next.js sites load faster, have a smaller attack surface, and don't need monthly plugin updates to stay alive. For brochure sites, it's the right tool.
